Educational Technology is the melding of pedagogy and technology, mainly digital technology. We want our teaching needs to drive our use of technology not the reverse. Cleary there is a transaction between the exuistential technology and our choice of pedagogy. The skill and the art of teaching allows us to see where we must stand our ground for good pedagogy foresaking the technology of the moment.

 

 

I am the educational technologist in the Waldorn College of Health and Human Services, the first person to hold this position. Learning to use new educaional technologies takes lots of time and energy. My job is to help you with that process and help you trouble shoot when things do not work correctly.
